TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Before booking a tour, please carefully read the terms and conditions when booking a Ha Long tour at our website: halongbay.top or email us at sales@tady.org for detailed information by our professional travel consultant of halongbay.top. Below are the terms for customers who book services at halongbay.top.
1. SERVICE PRICE
The service price we set is USD
The price is the net price (does not deduct the commission for the referrer)
The service price is the price for 01 person (02 people/1 room) if the case is odd male or female, depending on the cruise you book, there will be a surcharge for that third person (if the cruise has a 3-bed room, will sleep in a triple room) and if there is no room for 3 beds, please stay in a single room and pay the single room surcharge (per cruise).
2. BOOK AND CONFIRMATION
Service booking: All your service booking requests are sent by Email, Hotline, Fax, Chat…will be officially answered by Email. We will respond if the service we cannot provide within 12 hours.
Service confirmation: After receiving our notice of service status, please carefully check service conditions and prices. Then please reconfirm with us whether the service is booked or not.
After confirming the booking, please pay the deposit.
3. PAYMENT METHODS
To complete the service booking process, please make a deposit in advance so that halongbay.top can reserve for the group (usually the deposit is usually from 30 – 50% of the contract value) Then the group will pay the balance on the day of departure (applicable only for 3 * cruises) and for 4 * – 5 * cruises, the remaining balance must be paid at least 08 days in advance.
You can choose the form of payment: cash, bank transfer
+) For payment by cash: You can go to our office of Halongbay.top – No 289 Xom Street, Phu Lam Ward, Hadong District, Hanoi to pay. (if you are busy or can’t come to pay, halongbay.top will come to your hotel to collect money. When paying by this method you will receive : Receipt, program certified by the Company.
+) For transfer: when you request payment by bank transfer, halongbay.top will send you the information of the specified account (note: The transfer fee will be paid by you). When paying by this method, we’ll send you: Receipt, program with red stamp (Scand version) via Email.
4. CHILDREN POLICY
There is no strict rule for the age of the children when joining the overnight cruise. However, to ensure the safety and convenience of passengers when accompanied by small children, the minimum age is 6 months to 1 year.
Regulations on prices for young children:
+ Children from 0 – 05 years old: At this age, most cruises in Ha Long will be free.
+ Children from 05 to 11 years old: 75% of adult price (applicable to all types of cruises)
+ From 12 years old and above are charged as adults.
+ How to calculate children’s age: Current year minus birth year (eg: current year 2019, birth year 2014: 2019-2014=5 years old)
In some cruises, there is a Baby Cot provided for free of charge (but some cruises do not have it). Borrowing of this baby cot must be notified at least 3 days in advance from the date of departure.
5. SERVICE CHANGE
In case you want to change the departure date, increase or decrease the number of rooms, please notify halongbay.top early so that we can proactively change the service procedures for you. It will be possible if the group notices 8 – 10 days in advance from the date of departure) If the change is 1 – 8 days in advance, the service price will change and then the new price will be applied (New price = Old price + penalty for late change)
6. CANCELLATION AND PENALTY CONDITIONS
6.1 In case of cancellation due to halongbay.top
If halongbay.top fails to arrange the trip, halongbay.top must immediately notify the customer and pay the customer back the full amount paid by the customer within 3 days from the date of the cancellation notice.
6.2 In case of tour cancellation due to customers.
Please notify halongbay.top as soon as possible if you need to cancel the booking. The cancellation penalty will be calculated as follows:
Cancellation of booking after deposit has been paid: No refund of the deposit amount.
Cancellation of the service 8-10 days from the date of departure will result in a penalty of 50% of the total contract value (Depending on the cruise you book, we will give a lower penalty)
Cancellation from 05 – 07 days from the date of departure will be fined 100% of the total contract value (Depending on the cruise you book, we will give a lower penalty)
Note:
In case of force majeure such as war, storm, flood, earthquake, the customer has the right to cancel the service (halongbay.top will not impose a fine and refund the deposit amount).
Cancellation of service can be notified via: Email, phone, fax …. Then halongbay.top will call and send an Email to ask you to confirm service cancellation, then the service cancellation will be completed.
Time to cancel the tour is calculated in working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
The above cancellation conditions do not apply on holidays and Tet.
6.3 In case of force majeure
If the travel program is canceled or changed by either party due to a force majeure reason (war, natural disaster, terrorism, etc.), the two parties will not bear any obligation to compensate for the loss. occurred and assumes no liability whatsoever. However, each party is responsible for trying its best to help the aggrieved party to minimize losses caused by force majeure.
7. TRAVEL INSURANCE
Tour price includes travel insurance. The compensation (if any) will be made by the insurance company in accordance with regulations – insurance rules for tourists. If customers have additional insurance needs for health, life, property, customers must register in advance and pay an additional amount depending on the insurance level desired by customers for Halongbay.top at least 03 days before the day of departure. 8. RESPONSIBILITY
We will not be responsible for the loss of property during the entire trip, expenses incurred when the group encounters unforeseen natural disasters such as: protests, earthquakes, floods, storms, fires. fire, disease, adverse weather…. In addition, we will not be liable for damage, loss, delay or damage to personal property unrelated to the service provided by us such as: Flight delays, cancellations or other damages of temporary residence registration…
- Responsibilities of visitors: Pay in full and on time to Party B according to the provisions in the deposit and payment section. Be responsible for providing the necessary documents and information related to the trip that the authorities require according to the instructions of Party B (identity identity card)
